Our touring pitches are spread across four fields, each offering incredible views of the rolling countryside. Whether you prefer fully serviced, hardstanding, or grass pitches, we have something to suit your needs. All of our pitches come with electric hook-ups for your convenience.

Please note that we can accommodate touring vans and motorhomes up to 7.5m, but if you require a larger pitch, please don't hesitate to give us a call.

Our camping pitches are situated in different areas across our grounds, each offering breath-taking views of the surrounding scenery.

Our standard sized pitches measure 7mx4m, while our large pitches can easily accommodate tents up to 8x6m. We have electric or non-electric grass pitches available for tents.

There are a total of 5 pitches available to choose from, ranging from non-electric motorhome pitches to premium hardstanding motorhome pitches that come with 16-amp electricity. These pitches boast beautiful views of the beautiful Dorset countryside, ensuring that your stay is both comfortable and scenic.

Our elevated glamping pods offer serene views of the rolling hills that encompass Newlands Holiday Park. Each pod is equipped with a double bed, two single beds, a plug socket, light, and heater, allowing you to experience camping with a touch of luxury.

Seasonal

We currently have both standard and fully serviced seasonal pitches available for the 2025 season at Newlands Holiday Park. The 2025 Season will run from 3^rd March – 2^nd November. All pitches are gravel based offering grass on the side to sit out on.

The 2025 prices are:
£3350 + VAT Electric only
£3850 + VAT Electric, water and grey waste

Pitches are situated around the edge of Red Field or to the side of the Yellow Field. Take a look at our park map to see.

Facilities at Newlands Holiday Park

Our campsite in Charmouth offers an array of exceptional facilities to make your stay memorable. From a Tow Bar and Restaurant serving delicious homemade meals to an on-site SPAR store stocked with all the essentials, you won't have to go far to enjoy everything you need at our caravan park in West Dorset.

For those seeking relaxing activities, we offer a leisure centre that includes an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, and a splash zone for the little ones. We also have an outdoor playground and an indoor soft play area, ensuring that younger guests have plenty to keep them entertained.
