Prices are per room, per night.

Poolside Apartments are situated by the Outdoor Pool. 1 Double Room and 1 Twin Room. Shower Room, Small Kitchenette, Hob, Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, TV, All Bed Linen, Services and Complimentary Towels.

Studio Apartments are situated in the lower corner of the park. Open Plan with Double Bed and 1 Twin Room. Shower Room, Small Kitchenette, Hob, Conventional Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, TV, All Bed Linen, Services and Complimentary Towels.

En Suite Rooms 2023 (Sleeps 2, 3, 4 persons)

Double Room Sleeps Maximum 2. Situated above the entertainment complex therefore some noise may be heard. 1 Double Bed. En Suite Shower Room, Tea/Coffee making facilities, Mini Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, TV, All Bed Linen, Services and Complimentary Towels.

Small Family Room Sleeps Maximum 3. Situated above the entertainment complex therefore some noise may be heard. 1 Double Bed and Sofa Bed. En Suite Shower Room, Tea/Coffee making facilities, Mini Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, TV, All Bed Linen, Services and Complimentary Towels.

Large Family Room Sleeps Maximum 4. Situated above the entertainment complex therefore some noise may be heard. Open Plan with Double Bed and 1 Twin Room. En Suite Shower Room, Tea/Coffee making facilities, Mini Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, TV, All Bed Linen, Services and Complimentary Towels.

All accommodation is Non Smoking.

Deposit: £50 per week or 20% of holiday required (non refundable) balance due 28 days before arrival.

Cancellation Plan: £25 per week payable with deposit.

Short Breaks: Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday. 

Please ensure any special requests are made clear at the time of booking and noted on your reservation/confirmation receipt. 

Cots: £15 per week (excluding bedding) must be ordered in advance.

Highchairs: £15 per week must be ordered in advance.

Dogs: Maximum of 2 dogs per booking. £49 each per week, £39 each per short break. Only a few caravans and a lodge accommodate dogs (Regis Caravan and Cornwall Lodge) so please book early. Dogs are only allowed in the conservatory in the complex building.

Swimming: Indoor or outdoor pool £3.50 per session.
