Newlands is 45 minutes from Taunton and the M5 and is therefore roughly an hour and a half away from cities like Bristol and Bath.

Can you sublet your holiday home?

There's no question that the purchase of a holiday home is a big financial undertaking. However, there is a way to offset some of the costs involved by subletting your holiday home to other guests throughout the year. Be aware that not all holiday parks will offer such options to holiday home owners. We're pleased to say that we do offer subletting at Newlands. This means that not only can you and your friends and family can enjoy your holiday home. You can let the property to other guests (we have a few basic T&Cs). Pretty much as long as you don't undercut our booking rates, you'll be able to start making some extra income!

Choosing your dream holiday home
