It's nice to be informed before you come away, we should have everything you need for an easy set-up and take-down, if not we can definitely point you in the right direction. 

Camping & Touring Facilities

If you're planning a camping or touring trip in Charmouth, you'll be pleased to know that our park has a range of excellent camping and touring facilities to make your West Dorset break as comfortable as possible. From toilet and shower blocks to baby changing facilities, electric car charging points, and more.

Other Facilities

Newlands takes pride in providing top-notch facilities for our guests to enjoy. In addition to our camping amenities, we offer a modern leisure centre with both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, as well as a fun splash zone for children. Our on-site mini gym is perfect for adults looking to stay active during their stay. To top it off, we also have an on-site restaurant and bar where you can enjoy excellent meals with your loved ones.

Newlands Holidays is an award-winning campsite in Dorset. We’re within walking distance of the Jurassic Coast and are perfect for families or couples who want to spend quality time together in the great outdoors. Our camping pitches offer stunning views of the surrounding hills and a comfortable setting to relax and unwind.

Terms and COnditions

Included with a pitch is one unit and one car and up to 6 people, the 7th & 8th person are charged for. 

Gazebos, sun shades, event tents, loo tents or similar are not permitted during high season.

Check-in is from 11 am, Check out is before 10:30. We cannot offer late check-outs in high season. 

All pitches are allocated on the morning of arrival and therefore we cannot reserve specific pitch numbers. However, we can put a request in if you prefer to be near toilets or with friends, requests cannot be guaranteed.

All grass electric pitches have 10amp electricity, and all hardstanding and fully serviced have 16amp. 

We have three toilet blocks in the park but occasionally & during quieter times not all blocks are open. Please call reception for up-to-date information.
